Who We Are

At Everkind AFC, we help caregivers access compensation, support and resources that they need to care for their friends and family at home.

We provide a range of personalized services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our offerings include assistance with daily activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, ambulation and meal preparation, medication reminders to ensure medications are taken on time, care coordination to help manage different aspects of health care, and support for caregivers to alleviate their workload and ensure they are not alone in their journey. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, dignified care in the comfort of home.

Financial Compensation

Caregivers may be able to receive up to $1600 monthly to care for a friend or a loved one.

Your designated nurse is available anytime to answer questions, offer guidance, or simply listen as you navigate the challenges of caregiving.

How To Qualify

MassHealth Coverage:

Individuals must have MassHealth Standard coverage, as this program is funded through MassHealth.

Age & Living Arrangement:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Must live in a private home setting (not a facility)
  • Must reside with a caregiver who is at least 18 years old and able to provide daily support

Need for Assistance with Daily Activities:

Individuals must require hands-on assistance or supervision with at least one of the following Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

  • Dressing, Bathing, Walking, Toileting, Transferring, Eating.
